The SCCA double race weekend proved to be a good weekend for Mark. Qualifying 6th and finishing 3rd in his Eksten Autoworks prepared ITA Golf GTI for Saturday's race was really good. But to top off the weekend, Sunday's qualifying put him on the pole for his class. Running very close for 18 laps against his competitors, Mark was able to pull off his first win for the season.
